Please Note:

From May 1^st thru September 19^th, we do not accept nightly reservations.
Only weekly & monthly reservations will be accepted during this period.
Weekly stays require a $100/week electric deposit (refundable upon departure).
Monthly stays require a $200 electric deposit (refundable upon departure).

RV Site Rates (9/2024 – 9/2025) Rates include 30/50-amp full hook-ups (W/S/E*) for up to 2 guests & 2 pets. Your site rent charge will commence on the stated date of arrival in your reservation confirmation. FREE WiFi & FREE WIFI HOTSPOTS Arizona Lodging Taxes apply for Daily and Weekly Stays. Electric additional ($0.15/kWh) for Monthly stays. We charge credit and debit card transaction fees that are no more than the fees charged by our processor, currently Square. First, stay and pay for 6 months at the regular rate, then on-site store for 6 months at $50.00/mo. Storage is from April 1^st to Sept. 30^th

Cancellation Policies
*For arrival dates that fall between 10/1 – 3/31, one (1) month’s rent deposit is required. 100% of said month’s deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made within 60 days of your scheduled arrival date.* For all others, the following will apply: NIGHTLY Cancellations made prior to scheduled check-in are subject to one (1) night reservation fee. Cancellations within 72 hours prior to arrival are completely non-refundable. WEEKLY & MONTHLY Deposits in the amount of $100.00 are subject to a non-refundable Reservation fee of fifty dollars ($50). Cancellation must be in writing. If cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival date, remaining deposit balance of fifty dollars ($50) will be refunded. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are 100% non-refundable. All other deposit refund requests, such as electric deposit, etc., must be signed in the office before departure. All refunds will be mailed by Company Check or credited back to your credit card, solely at our discretion, within 7 days of departure. Payment for Reservations for Arrival between October 1 and April 1: ***IMPORTANT NOTE: For arrival dates that fall between 10/1 – 3/31, one month’s rent must be prepaid, which will be charged to your credit card one (1) month prior to your stated arrival date. AND SAID FIRST MONTH CHARGE IS 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. You hereby give permission for us to charge your credit card for said first month’s rent. Said charge will be made whether or not you arrived on the stated initial arrival date.
